Collections
- GCAM will collect and monitor assessments and take action according to the association's late & lien charge policy and state laws. All collection fees are charged to the delinquent owner.
- GCAM prepares intent to liens & claim of liens in house. This expedites the process in collecting assessments.
- If a lien is filed and the owner continues to fail make any payments, GCAM works with leading HOA attorneys specializing in collections for non judicial foreclosure.
- GCAM will work with BOD in establishment of payment plans

Financials
- Our accounting software is recommended by CPA's specializing in homeowner's associations. P&L Budget Report - Monthly & YTD
- Balance Sheet - provided to the Board indicating previous and current months financial status
- Check Details - Lists each check written during that month with their split transactions.
- Account Details - Lists the detailed transaction for each account during that month
- Bank Statement with Reconciliation - Each account will be reconciled monthly. The Board will receive a copy of each statement along with the reconciled report.
- GCAM representative will work with the Board in preparing the annual
budget and distribute to the membership 30-60 days prior to the association's
year-end.
