Gold Coast Association Management was formed in 1988 by Lance and Marilee Marsh. Presently, Gold Coast Association Management is proud to provide service to over 60 associations in Ventura and Los Angeles Counties. Gold Coast is able to offer our clients the stability and longevity unequaled by most of our competitors. Our first association is still partnered with us after 22 years, as are 8 of the first 10 associations we manage. Our staff consists of some of the finest professionals in the industry, each dedicated to achieving the highest standards of service, education and consulting to their associations.

All of our employees are honest, hard working, and thorough in our management with each and every association. While many companies take a “big business” approach, we believe in a hands-on personal style of doing business. Our Newbury Park office is just minutes away from most of our Associations, and we will not hesitate to make a personal appearance to your Association if necessary or required.

We are dedicated to educating ourselves, as the laws relating to HOA’s are constantly changing. Our employees attend classes and seminars affiliated with Community Association Institute (Los Angeles and Ventura County chapters) and California Association of Community Managers. GCAM is also active with the Thousand Oaks Chamber of Commerce. In addition, some of our managers have served on their own Boards, so they know what it is like to be on the other side.  Our aim is to provide the best possible service at a reasonable cost, while maintaining excellent public relations with all parties involved.
